• We are seeking a talented and driven
• Recruitment Consultant

to join PT Jobstacular Insan Sejahtera. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and placing exceptional candidates with our client organisations. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy analysis and candidate sourcing through to successful placement and onboarding support. This position is essential to our business, as you will be the vital link between our clients' talent needs and the candidates seeking their next career opportunity.

Key responsibilities

Source, identify and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach to build a strong talent pipeline

• Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, qualifications and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, company culture and specific role requirements
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies and present candidate profiles to hiring managers with compelling supporting documentation
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment between candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients regarding industry trends, salary benchmarking and candidate availability
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the placement process and provide support during the onboarding period
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our recruitment database and CRM systems
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs as set by management
• Attend networking events and industry functions to build your professional network and source new business opportunities
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience working as a Recruitment Consultant or similar recruitment role, preferably within a recruitment agency environment
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients
• Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems and CRM software
• Knowledge of the Jakarta employment market and familiarity with relevant industries
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken
• A professional approach to confidentiality and data protection
• Preferred: Experience in recruiting for specific sectors such as technology, finance, engineering or professional services
