About the role
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic
- Recruitment Manager
- to join our growing team in East Jakarta. This is a
- full-time position
that plays a crucial role in driving the success of our recruitment operations and client satisfaction. As Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, manage key client relationships and lead a team of recruitment professionals to deliver exceptional results. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape the future direction of our recruitment services whilst contributing directly to the growth and reputation of PT.Jobstacular Insan Sejahtera.
- Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and client requirements
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their talent needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Lead, mentor and supervise a team of recruitment consultants and sourcers, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation and placement
- Set and monitor recruitment targets, KPIs and service level agreements to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform recruitment strategies and positioning
- Manage recruitment budgets and resource allocation effectively
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across priority sectors and roles
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and ethical recruitment practices
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management or team leadership capacity
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment operations and achieving recruitment targets
- Strong experience in client relationship management and business development within a recruitment or staffing environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams to high performance standards
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation and compliance requirements in Indonesia
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Proficiency with recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Preferred: Experience in recruitment agency operations especially within hospitality sector, knowledge of multiple industry sectors, and familiarity with Indonesian labour market dynamics
