About The Company

- Regulatory Affairs and Logistic Support.
Job Responsibilities
- [Regulatory]
- Act as the point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with principals related to registration (claim, ingredient list, etc.).
- Manage product registration (collect, prepare, and update the necessary documents).
- Design, create, and provide information product for labels.
- Translate labels, verify ingredient lists, and ensure all health claims are substantiated and permitted.
- Assist with for the audit and technical operations in the warehouse.
- Conduct quality control (QC) operations for export products through visits and audits of manufacturers.
- [Logistic]
- Assist in arranging the shipment process with principal, forwarder and warehouse PIC.
- Assist in facilitating smooth customs clearance by coordinating with related parties.
- Ensure stock management (inventory in warehouse and inventory for sample).
- Assist in 3 PL Warehouse, Cost & Profit analysis.
- [Other]
- Other related tasks as assigned
- Marketing team support such as documantation or ppt creation
Job Requirements
- Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science
- Valid STR (Healthcare Professional/Pharmacist Registration Certificate)
- High conversational level English proficiency
- At least 1-2 years of import/export (trade) practical experience in a trading company
- Experience handling BPOM (National Agency of Drug and Food Control of Indonesia) related operations
- Flexibility and initiative to tackle various tasks according to instructions
- Basic PC operation skills (MS Office suite)
- Flexible mindset and bright personality
- Preferable Skill/ Experience
- Understanding of Japanese business manners (if any, would be preferred)
