Retail Operation (Promotor)

• We Are Hiring Retail Operation (Promotor) area Medan.
• TAILG Indonesia looking for a highly motivated and field-oriented Retail Operation to manage and grow our B2B business in the Medanareas.

Key Responsibilities

• 1️⃣ Dealer Visit & Relationship Management
• Represent TAILG brand in the field by visiting dealers regularly (store to store) in the Medan area.
• Build good relationships with store owners, store managers, and store crew.
• 2️⃣ Sell Out Activation & Monitoring
• Help increase sales (sell out) at each dealer.
• Monitor stock, product display, and sales activities.
• Give sales strategy suggestions and support dealers in running promotions and campaigns.
• Provide product knowledge training to store managers and sales crew.
• 3️⃣ Visual Merchandising & Branding
• Ensure product display follows brand standards.
• Make sure promotional materials (banners, brochures, price tags) are properly installed.
• Report competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK)
• Minimum 1 year experience as Promotor / Marketing / Sales
• Willing to work in the field (mobile)
• Understand sales strategy and closing techniques
