Organize and manage all offline stores operations performance to achieve the given target (sales/revenue and team productivity, operations performance, security, store display, customer services & hospitality)

Responsible in optimizing the store management and staff allocation and hiring within the department and to supervise/guide offline store team towards maximum performance

• Keep update of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store (system, procedure and services)
• Organizing the supply chain operations and ensure healthy inventory are in placed to gain maximum sales performance
• Responsible to prevent stock loss within the stores
• Prepare and control the store’s budget and P&L in aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency and also optimized profitability

Working in hands with marketing campaign team and visual merchandiser to plan and oversee offline in-store or off-store promotional events or displays

• Provide and present report and analysis to higher level management
• Maintain relation with Brands/Principal in terms of daily operations
• Job Requirements

Job Requirement

• Min Bachelor Degree from any major
• Advanced experience and knowledge in retail industry
• Proven experience as retail operations management Manager more than 3 years
• Outstanding communication & interpersonal abilities with strong Leadership and advanced knowledge of retail management software
• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
