About the role
- As the
- Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

, you will support the Company's commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will contribute to expanding the Company's B2B vehicle leasing business while delivering excellent customer service. - What you'll be doing
- Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery and service quality.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to Management.
- Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and customer meetings.
- Assist in coaching and supporting junior sales team members.
- What we're looking for
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial sales role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in vehicle leasing, fleet management, automotive, transportation & logistics, equipment leasing, or related B2B service industries is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of commercial contracts and sales processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
