Senior Logistic & Warehouse Manager

Our client, a leading FMCG company in Indonesia, is seeking a Senior Logistics & Warehouse Manager to join their team. Our client is looking for candidates with a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, specifically in the FMCG, food & beverage, dairy, frozen food, or consumer goods industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse, distribution, and inventory operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective product delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee WMS/ERP utilization, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure seamless supply chain and distribution activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational excellence, productivity, and business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 12–15 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management within FMCG, food & beverage, dairy, frozen food, consumer goods, or related industries.

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations.

Proven track record in warehouse optimization, cost reduction, process improvement, and leading cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with willingness to travel as required.
