Sheet Metal Equipment Maintenance

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in maintaining sheet metal CNC equipment, familiar with the structure of laser cutting machines and CNC press brakes;
• Able to read electrical diagrams of CNC equipment, capable of independently diagnosing and troubleshooting servo, CNC systems, and pneumatic circuit faults;
• Familiar with sheet metal processing consumables, such as laser lenses, cutting gases, and maintenance of bending dies;
• Hold a low-voltage electrician's certificate and have strong hands-on repair capabilities;
• Prefer candidates with experience in maintaining the entire plant's sheet metal stamping and coating equipment in home appliance manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of sheet metal shop equipment such as bending machines, punching machines, laser cutting machines, grinding and brushing equipment, and pretreatment equipment for painting;
• Daily equipment inspection, handling servo alarms, oil path leaks, numerical control system failures, and laser beam abnormalities;
• Formulate maintenance cycles for sheet metal equipment, regularly replace guide oil, filter elements, and cutting consumables to extend equipment life;
• Inventory of equipment wear parts, submit procurement applications, control repair costs, and establish equipment repair records;
• Optimize equipment programs and cutting parameters to improve sheet utilization and processing efficiency;
• Train sheet metal operators to operate equipment in compliance with standards, preventing violations that may lead to equipment damage.
