About the role
Dialogika is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Officer to join our team. The role involves managing and developing Dialogika's social media accounts, designing creative and engaging content strategies, and analyzing content performance to drive digital engagement.
- Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop Dialogika's social media accounts
- Design creative and engaging content strategies
- Schedule posts across various platforms
- Analyze content performance and create insight reports
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment
- Follow social media trends and apply them to content strategy
- About you
- Active student or fresh graduate
- Reside in Yogyakarta
- Experience in social media (no experience is also acceptable)
- Understanding of content planning and social media analytics
- Willing to learn about copywriting and storytelling on social media
- Up to date with digital trends and social media platforms
- Able to work hybrid (WFO Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday & WFA Monday & Friday)
