• Social Media Manager
• with a strong background in
• fashion, activewear, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle
• to lead our Instagram and TikTok presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the social media strategy and content calendar.
• Plan and create content ideas for
• Reels, TikToks, Stories, campaigns, launches, and lifestyle content
• Identify relevant global trends and transform them into engaging, brand-appropriate content.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, moodboards, and shot lists.
• Coordinate and
• direct photoshoots and video productions
• , including models, creators, photographers, and videographers.
• Capture and coordinate behind-the-scenes, fitness, lifestyle, product, and community content.
• Manage daily Instagram and TikTok publishing, captions, Stories, and community engagement.
• Monitor competitors, creators, and emerging trends within fashion, fitness, wellness, and lifestyle.
• Track social media performance and use insights to improve content and growth.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, e-commerce, and partnerships teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3+ years
• experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
• Experience with
• fashion, activewear, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands
• is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video.
• Excellent knowledge of
• European and global social media trends
• Strong creative eye and understanding of premium branding.
• Confident directing people and managing content shoots.
• Professional-level English
• , written and spoken.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel around Bali
• for shoots and events.

BONUS

• Experience growing Instagram/TikTok organically.
• Able to shoot and edit short-form content if necessary.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
• Existing network of Bali-based creators, photographers, studios, or fitness/wellness communities.
