Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java.
- Proficient in Java and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot and/or Quarkus.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience deploying and managing applications using JBoss and/or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Couchbase, and/or MongoDB.
- Experience with workflow platforms, particularly IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), is preferred.
- Experience with Business Rule Management Systems (BRMS), particularly IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM), is preferred.
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring software engineers would be an advantage.
