The Job of a Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager, comes with a lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to-do list includes
- Manages and ensures stock level and handles direct and indirect customer service in all service area in order to maximize sales.
- Manages and execute recruiting, training, developing and succession planning for Sales Associate and the store management team.
- Ensures that all employee relation responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Maximize profitability through plans, budgets and cost follow up.
- Ensure that safety, security and administration procedures area followed.
- We believe you are a sales minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
Your Personal qualities also include
- Bachelor degree from reputable university would be an advantage.
- At least 3 - 5 years in a similar position, strong leadership and hands on experience in managing a fast-paced fashion store.
- Have a pleasant personality, a strong drive and act on your own initiative without being prompted.

- based in store with shifting schedule and stationed in Bali .
