Job Descriptions
- Understand business objectives and proactively identify IT solutions to support their successful achievement.
- Manage and deliver small to medium-scale IT projects and change requests from initiation through to go-live.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure proper and timely project execution.
Drive end-to-end project tasks, including requirement gathering, comprehensive documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, and issue tracking.
- Regularly report project statuses, potential risks, and operational bottlenecks to business leaders and the IT team.
- Ensure strict compliance with the bank’s applicable documentation standards and change management protocols.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience as a Solution or Application Architect.
- Prior hands-on experience as a Senior Software Developer is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience working specifically in IT Enterprise Architecture is preferred.
- Experience working within the banking or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience working collaboratively with external vendors or in a similar partnership capacity.
- Technical Knowledge & Skills
Fundamental understanding of Enterprise Architecture and general IT architecture practices (TOGAF certification or knowledge is a strong plus).
Solid knowledge of system architecture, application integration, data flows, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive technical architecture documentation, including detailed system diagrams and integration workflows.
- Proficiency in utilizing architecture design tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, ArchiMate, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of and ability to keep pace with the latest technology trends.
- Relevant certifications related to IT Enterprise Architecture are highly preferred.
