- SYSTEM ANALYST (PROJECT BASED) - URGENTLY NEEDED!
- Role Overview
As a System Analyst, you will bridge business requirements and technical implementation by ensuring that every requirement is structured, feasible, clearly documented, and testable. You will work closely with the client and project team from requirement discovery through implementation support, providing clear references for developers and QA.
- Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business and system requirements with clients, Business Analysts, and relevant stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into structured functional and technical documentation, including SRS, use cases, process flows, ERD, UML, and logical wireframes.
Identify requirement gaps, ambiguities, dependencies, technical constraints, and potential project risks.
Provide technical input to Business Analysts and Project Managers regarding scope, priorities, feasibility, and impact of requirement changes.
- Act as the primary reference for developers in understanding system requirements and expected functionality.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are fully covered by test scenarios and test cases.
- Facilitate requirement clarification between clients, developers, QA, and other project stakeholders.
- Align client expectations with technical constraints and existing system capabilities.
- Maintain requirement traceability and documentation updates throughout the project.
- Support project deliverables within an intensive client-project timeline.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to produce structured functional and technical documentation, including SRS, use cases, process flows, ERD, and UML.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, system integration, APIs, databases, and application workflows.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, including backlog management and effort estimation.
- Proficient with system analysis and documentation tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma, Visio, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative project environment.
- Available to join immediately and willing to work directly with the client’s project team.

- Project-based client assignment
- Initial project duration of approximately 6–7 weeks
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
