- As Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for finding potential candidates for the company. That includes:
- Implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, job portal, etc.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Contribute to providing improvement idea
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
- Internship experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
