Tanggung Jawab
- Support the
- end-to-end recruitment process
- , from job posting and candidate administration to recruitment reporting.
- Review and screen CVs to identify candidates who match the job requirements, and connect with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate
- interviews, psychological tests, and assessments
- , including preparing invitations and other recruitment materials.
- Maintain and update the
- candidate database
- , while keeping track of recruitment progress and follow-ups.
- Get involved in various recruitment activities, such as
- walk-in interviews, job fairs, campus hiring, and other hiring events
- Work closely with the team and hiring managers to support a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in
- Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Previous experience or internship in recruitment/Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment activities.
- Comfortable working both
- independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work
- on-site in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
