- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for various positions
- Conduct initial CV screening based on hiring requirements
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support recruitment administration and hiring documentation

- Based in Bandung or willing to work on-site in Bandung
- Final-year student (no active classes) or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related majors
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, or social media for candidate sourcing is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
