About the role
This is a telemarketing position focused on offering Ruangguru online tutoring products to registered customers via telephone. You will explain products, programs, benefits, and promotions to prospective customers, using persuasive communication to increase their interest and drive sales conversions.

- Offer Ruangguru online tutoring products to registered customers via telephone
- Explain products, programs, benefits, and promotions to prospective customers
- Use persuasive communication and approach to increase customer interest
- Follow up with prospective customers and achieve assigned sales targets
- Record communication results and update data according to company procedures
- Operate computer systems to manage customer information
- About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent, or Paket C
- Good, clear, and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to make offers and negotiate
- Target and results-oriented
- Ability to approach prospective customers
- Able to operate a computer or committed to learning
- Disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work individually and in teams
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willing to work with a target-based system
