UX Scenario Test Engineer (Research)

Job Responsibilities

Design and execute local user experience testing based on real-life usage scenarios, covering social communication, entertainment, and daily mobile applications.

Identify and report issues related to localization, user interaction, usability, privacy, security, and cultural adaptation, then collaborate with HQ teams to drive issue resolution and product optimization.

Conduct competitive benchmarking of leading mobile products, analyze user experience, functionality, and localization performance, and provide improvement recommendations.

Support local user research through interviews, behaviour analysis, and feedback collection to generate actionable insights for product enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Cultural Studies, or other related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in software testing, mobile application testing, user experience (UX) testing, product testing, or related fields.
• Familiar with user experience testing methodologies, bug reporting, and issue tracking.
• Familiar with AI tools to improve work efficiency and productivity.
• Strong English communication skills with excellent teamwork, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Passionate smartphone user with strong awareness of mobile user experience.
• Proficiency in the local language and experience in user research, UX testing, or product design is a plus.
