You will bridge our HQ’s advanced AI strategies with the unique pulse of the Indonesian market, translating sophisticated AI capabilities into localized, high-engagement user scenarios that drive mass adoption.

• Core Responsibilities
• AI-Native Localization & User Operations

AI Feature Localization

Deeply analyze Indonesian user behavior, cultural nuances, and tech trends to identify local "killer scenarios" for AI. Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, localized features and user journeys.

Scenario-driven Growth

• Design and execute feature promotion plans and engagement initiatives to boost AI product awareness, adoption,
• HQ Strategy Implementation & Alignment

Strategy Translation

Consume and adapt AI product operation strategies from HQ, converting them into agile, actionable local execution plans that deliver business outcomes.

Feedback Loop

Serve as the "local eyes and ears" for HQ, providing structured, data-driven market feedback to HQ Product and R&D teams for continuous AI feature optimization.

AI Community & User Education

AI Community Building

Manage and grow official social media and local user communities. Foster an active ecosystem of AI enthusiasts, power users, and creators.

User Evangelism & Education

Develop localized, easy-to-understand AI user education materials, tutorials, and prompt-engineering guides. Demystify AI for everyday users and promote best practices.

• Job Requirements
• Basic Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Communications, or related fields.

Language

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Indonesia; fluent in English (as the working language with HQ). Chinese is a strong plus.
• Experience & Skills

Professional Experience

1-4 years of experience in product operations, growth operations, user operations, or platform operations in Internet companies, consumer tech, or smartphone ecosystems.

AI Native Sense

Highly sensitive to AI technology. Regular user of GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, or local AI apps). Understands basic AI concepts (prompts, LLMs, chatbots).

Cross-Functional Execution

Proven track record of translating high-level strategies into local execution plans; comfortable working with remote, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams.

Direct experience operating AI products, GenAI apps, AI assistants, or chatbots in emerging markets
