Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and make recommendations when needed
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations
• Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
• Process billing and manage payment transactions accurately

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in F&B service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, attentive, and customer-focused attitude
• Able to stand and move around for extended periods
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Waiters / waitress has to be willing to wear a skirt as part of the uniform
• Natural makeup is required for waiters / waitress during working hours
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
