Dune World is a premium dive company operating a liveaboard fleet and dive centers across the Indian-Ocean and Pacific. We're looking for an SEO & Web Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership over our websites, technically and strategically, not just SEO reporting, with room to grow as the role evolves.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SEO, Web Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Proficient with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Comfortable managing website performance, UX, and technical health (not just SEO-related fixes).
- Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for technical SEO needs.
- Awareness of AI Search developments (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
- Passion for diving or the ocean.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and optimize our websites (performance, UX, and technical health).
- Conduct keyword research and build SEO content strategy to grow organic traffic.
- Run on-page, technical, and off-page SEO optimization.
- Audit and optimize articles and landing pages for search performance.
- Monitor website performance using GSC, GA4, and other SEO tools.
- Analyze competitors, backlinks, and brand visibility opportunities — both in traditional search and AI Search.
- Develop strategies to make our brand more easily referenced by AI search engines (GEO).
- Create content that ranks and converts, based on semantic search and user intent.
- Report on KPIs regularly and continuously refine strategy.
