The Indonesia Business Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Indonesian market. This position focuses on building strong collaborations with trading mentors and key opinion leaders (KOLs), driving user growth, and enhancing trading performance. The role requires a blend of strategic business development, market research, and hands‑on execution to ensure sustainable growth in the Web3 and digital asset trading ecosystem.
Core Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain a high‑quality pool of trading mentors (experts, KOLs) in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Lead cooperation negotiations, formulate and implement plans, and ensure long‑term stable partnerships.
Collaborate with trading mentors on promotional activities. Research local market demand and competitor strategies, and leverage internal resources to drive user registration, trading conversion, and overall market activity.
Conduct statistical analysis of cooperative business data. Optimize expansion strategies, cooperation plans, and commission policies based on market feedback. Develop replicable cooperation models for sustainable growth.
Possess established connections with trading mentors in the digital asset field (local Indonesian resources preferred).
Fluent in both Chinese and English for effective business communication.
5+ years of experience in Web3 and digital asset exchange business development or channel operations.
Strong understanding of industry rules and compliance.
Excellent negotiation, resource integration, and data analysis skills.
Ability to independently implement collaborations; successful case studies preferred.
Genuine belief in the future prospects of the Web3 industry and interest in digital asset trading.
