, you will support the growth of our presence in the Indonesian market by collaborating with trading mentors and key opinion leaders (KOLs). This role is designed for junior professionals eager to gain hands‑on experience in the Web3 and digital asset industry, focusing on user acquisition, market activity, and sustainable business development.

Core Responsibilities

Mentor Resource Expansion

Assist in expanding and maintaining high‑quality trading mentor (experts, KOLs) resources in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Contribute to building a collaborative resource pool and supporting cooperation negotiations.

Promotional Activities

Work with trading mentors to execute promotional campaigns. Conduct market research on local demand and competitor strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to drive user registration, trading conversion, and market engagement.

• Must have established resources or connections with Indonesian trading mentors.
• Skills & Experience

Web3 Sales Experience

1–3 years of experience in Web3‑related sales, with familiarity in industry rules and compliance.

Negotiation & Analysis

Strong negotiation, resource integration, and data analysis skills. Ability to independently support collaboration execution; prior successful case studies preferred.

Resilience & Teamwork

High stress tolerance, strong execution ability, and a collaborative team spirit.
