About the role

• We are seeking a

. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our guests and clients with visa-related inquiries and customer service needs. You will be the front line of communication for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered promptly, professionally, and courteously. This position is essential in maintaining PT Queen's Tandoor's reputation for exceptional service whilst facilitating smooth customer interactions related to visa services and travel arrangements.

• Key responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding visa services and travel-related questions
• Provide accurate information about visa requirements, application processes, and documentation needed for various destinations
• Assist customers with booking confirmations, itinerary planning, and special requests
• Process customer transactions efficiently whilst maintaining detailed and accurate records
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex matters to senior staff when necessary
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards mutually beneficial resolutions
• Maintain knowledge of current visa policies, travel regulations, and company procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Meet performance targets and quality standards set by management
• What we're looking for
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help clients
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of visa application procedures, travel requirements, and immigration regulations is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
• Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a calm approach when dealing with challenging situations
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service qualifications are preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or travel industry roles is advantageous
