• PT Queen's Tandoor is seeking an experienced
• HR Supervisor
• to join our growing team in Badung, Bali. This is a
• full-time position

that plays a crucial role in supporting our human resources operations and contributing to the strategic development of our workforce. As HR Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day HR activities, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and support the overall people management strategy of the organisation. This role is essential in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our team members have the support they need to succeed.

• Key responsibilities
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding of new employees
• Administer employee records, maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Process payroll administration tasks and ensure accurate and timely salary payments
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances and performance management support
• Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organisation
• Maintain employee attendance records and manage leave requests
• Assist in workforce planning and reporting on HR metrics and analytics
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and senior management
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives
• What we're looking for
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a human resources role, preferably in a supervisory or similar capacity
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and labour regulations
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team
• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is advantageous
