Requirements
Minimum D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in EHS, preferably from the chemical/manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of OHS regulations (Law No. 1 of 1970, SMK3, etc.) and environmental regulations.
- Experience in the implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Proficient in risk analysis (HIRADC/JSA).
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office for data analysis and dashboard creation.
Job Descriptions
- EHS Compliance & Monitoring
- Ensure compliance with national EHS regulations as well as the Client's global standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and operational activities.
- Identify potential risks and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
- Incident Management
- Investigate work accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents.
- Prepare investigation reports and improvement recommendations.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Training & Awareness
- Develop and deliver OHS training for employees and contractors.
- Enhance safety culture awareness through internal campaigns and programs.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare periodic EHS reports (internal and external).
- Ensure all EHS-related documents and permits are properly managed.
- Support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Emergency Response
- Serve as part of the Emergency Response Team.
- Develop and conduct emergency response procedure simulations.
