FAT Manager

• Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor the company's annual budget to ensure effective and efficient financial planning.
• Manage and control the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient operational funding.
• Prepare financial forecasts and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors during audit engagements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance
• Review and analyze product standard costing.
• Validate Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) within the ERP system.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOM) and Routing Processes to ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Review Bill of Quantity (BOQ/RAB) preparation and raw material budgeting.
• Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Internal Control & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Develop and improve financial systems, procedures, and internal controls.
• Establish departmental KPIs, work plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Experience
• Minimum
• 5 years of managerial experience
• in Finance, Accounting & Tax, preferably in the
• furniture manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing cost accounting, including:
• Product Standard Costing
• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Routing Process

COGM & COGS

• BOQ/RAB preparation
• Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
