FINANCIAL CONTROL ( LOMBOK - GILI MENO )

A Financial Controller or Financial Control role in the Lombok and Gili Meno region (typically within hospitality, resorts, or island property developments) manages accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

Make monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flow statements, and investor reports.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Create business budgets, forecast future cash needs, and track daily operational expenses.

Internal Audits

Set up and manage strict rules for cash handling, inventory, and purchasing to stop money loss on remote island locations.

Cash Flow Management

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and local island-to-mainland banking operations.

Compliance & Tax

• Handle local Indonesian tax rules, business permits, and legal financial requirements with regional authorities.
• Key Requirements for Island Operations

Experience

Background working as a Chief Accountant or Financial Controller, ideally inside hotels, villas, or remote resort groups (such as properties around Lombok or the Gili islands).

Skills

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping software, Excel, English communication, and local Indonesian financial regulations.

Location Flexibility

Readiness to live and work on or near Gili Meno or mainland Lombok, managing logistics unique to remote island setups.
