About the role
Our sister company, Pawdeli, is seeking a highly skilled Finance & Accounting professional to join our dynamic team in Mengwi, Badung, Bali. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our esteemed organisation.
- What you'll be doing
- Oversee and direct the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard the company's assets
- Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making and drive financial performance
- Manage the accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax requirements
- What we're looking for
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Finance & Accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing company.
- Proven track record of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficient in the use of financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance
