Finance & Operation Support Director

About the role

The Finance & Operations Support Director is responsible for overseeing the Company's financial management and key operational support functions to ensure that business operations are financially sound, properly controlled, efficient, and aligned with the Company's objectives. The position provides strategic and operational support to Management by overseeing financial planning, accounting, cash flow, budgeting, taxation, procurement, administration, HR support, facilities, and other corporate support activities. The Finance & Operations Support Director works closely with the Executive Director and other Department Heads to ensure effective resource allocation, cost control, compliance, internal controls, and smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the Company's overall Finance and Accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and other financial accounts
• Develop and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process and prepare financial forecasts and cash flow projections
• Monitor the Company's daily and projected cash position and ensure sufficient liquidity to support business operations
• Oversee the Company's tax compliance and reporting obligations, ensuring timely calculation, payment, and filing of applicable taxes

Oversee the Company's procurement process for goods and services, ensuring procurement activities are conducted transparently and efficiently

Oversee general administration and office support activities, ensuring Company offices, facilities, equipment, and administrative resources are properly maintained

Lead and manage the Finance & Operations Support team, establishing clear objectives, responsibilities, and performance standards

Act as a financial and operational business partner to the Executive Director, providing financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions

REQUIREMENT

ENGLISH IS A MUST

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in Finance/Accounting is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Experience in MNC corporate environment will be an added advantage;
• Good knowledge of ACCURATE ERP/accounting systems, Microsoft Office Tools (word, excel, powerpoint)
• Good knowledge of AI-tools deployment (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc
• Strong experience in Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Tax, Procurement, and Administration.
• Experience managing cross-functional support teams is preferred.
• Good understanding of Indonesian accounting, taxation, and business regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
