Job Description

Drive the optimal utilization of financial technologies (ERP, automation tools, AI) to enhance efficiency in accounting and reporting processes.

• Lead automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across financial operations and recordkeeping.
• Initiate tax reporting digitalization and ensure seamless data integration within the ERP system.
• Identify improvement opportunities and act as the leader for finance transformation and digitalization projects.
• Improve transaction workflows, documentation, and administrative processes related to financial operations.
• Define KPIs and finance performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function.

Supervise all financial transactions, recording, and documentation processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

• Develop and maintain company financial standards aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Support activities within Tax, Accounting, and Finance departments such as financial audits, tax examinations, and internal audits.
• Serve as a strategic partner to management by providing data-driven financial insights to support decision-making.
• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CMA are preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit; prior experience with a Big 4 audit firm is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in finance transformation projects and ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Ms Dynamics 365, etc).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards (PSAK & IFRS).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage organizational change within finance operations.
• Skilled in analyzing and presenting financial data to drive strategic business decisions.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

• Strong digital mindset with a focus on process efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to anticipate financial or operational risks and opportunities before they arise.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
