- Your Day-to-Day
- Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan reconciliation, including employee registration, deactivation, billing, and reporting.
- Process and report employee income tax (PPh 21), ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Administer the employee contract renewal process, particularly for telesales staff, and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of all outsourced employees.
- Handle administrative correspondence, documentation, and employment-related records for outsourced employees.
- Administer and maintain the HRIS (e.g., Talenta) by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining employee data.
- Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR administration, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, employee contracts, and employee documentation.
- Familiarity with employee income tax (PPh 21) administration and reporting.
- Experience in managing HRIS and employee databases; familiarity with

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
