- We are seeking a talented HR Staff
- join our new branch at 5* Hotel
in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our company's human resources functions. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefit administration.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new employees, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the on boarding process
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
- Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as leave, benefits, and performance management
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programmes to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, such as payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans
- Participating in HR-related projects and initiatives to continuously improve the company's HR practices
- What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- A team player with a positive attitude and a keen interest in HR best practices
