The Human Resource Lead is responsible for managing and strengthening the company’s core HR and administrative functions to support business growth and operational discipline.
This role oversees recruitment, performance management systems, compliance, payroll governance, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is structured, hands-on, and capable of building scalable HR processes in a fast-paced project-based environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across operations, sales, and project teams.
- Develop job descriptions, competency frameworks, and structured interview processes.
- Build recruitment pipelines and improve time-to-hire and hiring quality.
- Performance Management & Personal Development Plans
- Design and implement KPI frameworks aligned with company objectives.
- Manage annual and mid-year performance appraisals.
- Develop structured Personal Development Plans (PDP) for employees.
- Support managers in performance coaching and improvement plans.
- HR Compliance & Legal
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.
- Draft and manage employment contracts, policies, and HR SOPs.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, dispute resolution, and documentation control.
- Manage BPJS, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Payroll & Compensation Administration
- Oversee accurate monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Maintain salary records and compensation structures.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and overtime records.
- General Administration
- Supervise office administration functions and administrative staff (if applicable).
- Manage employee records, documentation systems, and HR databases.
- Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 4–7 years of HR experience, including payroll and compliance exposure.
- Experience in project-based, event, or fast-moving industries is preferred.
- Core Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
- Capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Fluent in English.
