Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of generalist functions.
• Proven experience in Performance Management and Employee Relations.
• Demonstrated ability in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition and Onboarding & Offboarding processes.
• Solid knowledge of HR Policies & Compliance and Compensation & Benefits Administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS & Payroll Systems.
• Excellent Conflict Resolution and Communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
