Job Requirements
- Proven experience (1 year or above) as a HR or similar role (preferred having background from Retail Industry)
- Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Administration
- Well Organized, Accurate, and able to work with deadlines
- Familiar with Ms. Office and HR Tools
- Proven knowledge of HR Management, work culture of Retail industry, and Labor Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
