Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within Indonesia's oil and gas industry in alignment with the company's business objectives.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers by understanding their business needs and delivering effective commercial solutions.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase customer retention, expand business opportunities, and maximize revenue from assigned accounts.
Serve as the primary commercial contact for key customers by responding to inquiries, resolving commercial issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Lead commercial negotiations for contract renewals, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor upcoming tenders, customer procurement plans, competitor activities, industry developments, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
Support the preparation and submission of commercial proposals, tender documents, presentations, capability statements, and market analysis reports.
Collaborate closely with Technical, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, HSE, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Assist the Marketing Director in developing business strategies, market expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships within the Indonesian oil and gas sector.
Bachelor's degree or above from Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related disciplines are preferred.
Experience working with Pertamina Group, SKK Migas, National Oil Companies (NOCs), or International Oil Companies (IOCs) is highly preferred.
Knowledge of oilfield services, including drilling, completion, wireline, cementing, drilling fluids, directional drilling, well intervention, production enhancement, and offshore services, is preferred.
Experience in tendering, bidding, and commercial proposal preparation is preferred.
Experience in managing customer relationships with government agencies, National Oil Companies (NOCs), and International Oil Companies (IOCs) is preferred.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to work effectively in multilingual and multicultural business environments.
Must be proficient in spoken and written English for business communication, meetings, presentations, and commercial documentation. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.
