- Deskripsi pekerjaan QC LEADER (SEWING & ACCESSORIES) PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo
- PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo is looking for experienced professionals to join our team at KIT Batang, Central Java for the following positions:
- QC Sewing Leader
- QC Accessories Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control team to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards
- Monitor inspection activities and identify quality issues throughout the production process
- Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other related departments to resolve quality concerns
- Prepare quality reports and monitor team performance
- Train and develop QC team members to improve inspection skills and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality procedures
Requirements
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Leader or Senior QC in the garment industry
- Strong knowledge of garment quality standards, inspection methods, and defect analysis
- Experience in Sewing QC or Accessories QC is preferred, depending on the position applied for
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
