Job Description
- Supervise QC daily activities for PCBA & Sub-Level Assembly.
- Lead QC Inspectors to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
- Monitor Yield, DPPM, and quality performance; drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with IPC standards, Work Instructions, and Quality Procedures. Coordinate with Production, Process, and QA to resolve quality issues.
- Support customer audits, NPI, and quality improvement projects.
- Pre-requisite (Experience / Skill(s))
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Electronics Manufacturing Quality.
- Knowledge of PCBA, SMT, and Sub-Level Assembly processes. Familiar with IPC-A-610, 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, and CAPA.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum Qualification
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field. Good command of English. ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 knowledge is an advantage.
