About the role
- As the
- Sales & Marketing Superintendent
- at
- one of our subsidiaries
, you will support the Company's business expansion by developing new corporate customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and assisting in the execution of sales initiatives. You will play an important role in promoting the Company's B2B vehicle leasing solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This full-time position is based in
- South Jakarta, Jakarta
- What you'll be doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and business meetings to promote the Company's leasing services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for prospective customers.
- Coordinate the contract process and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Monitor sales pipeline and update customer relationship management records.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience throughout the leasing process.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- What we're looking for
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in vehicle leasing, fleet management, automotive, transportation & logistics, equipment leasing, or related B2B service industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and business development activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
