About the role
- PT CIPTA SANALIDA UTAMA is seeking an experienced
- Surveyor
- to join our team in Jakarta on a
- full-time basis
. This is a strategic position within our Construction and Surveying division, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, quality and compliance of our projects from initial assessment through to completion. As Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements, site assessments and technical surveys that form the foundation of successful construction projects. Your expertise will directly impact project timelines, cost management and overall quality standards across our operations.
- Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and boundary assessments using advanced surveying equipment and technology
- Prepare detailed survey reports, plans and technical drawings for construction projects
- Establish and maintain accurate control points and benchmarks for project reference
- Perform setting-out tasks to guide construction teams in the correct placement of structures and foundations
- Monitor and measure ground levels, elevations and dimensions throughout project development stages
- Identify and document potential site constraints, hazards and environmental considerations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to resolve technical queries and ensure design feasibility
- Maintain detailed site records and survey data in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct quality checks and verification surveys to ensure construction accuracy against approved plans
- Provide recommendations for addressing surveying challenges and implementing solutions
- What we're looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional surveying experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency with modern surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, laser levels and drones
- Strong knowledge of surveying software and CAD applications for creating technical drawings and plans
- Thorough understanding of Indonesian building codes, standards and surveying regulations
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Physical fitness and willingness to work on-site in varying weather conditions
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to project-specific challenges
- Desirable: Professional surveying certifications or membership in relevant surveying bodies
