About the Role

You’ll play a key role in helping us find, assess, and hire the next generation of great talent for Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita. As part of the People team, you’ll learn how fast-scaling companies recruit — from candidate sourcing to final interviews — and gain firsthand experience in startup hiring operations.

• What You’ll Do
• Source and screen potential candidates across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with applicants.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for different functions (tech, business, marketing, etc.).
• Manage and update candidate databases and job postings.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives such as career events or social media content.
• Provide regular hiring progress updates to the People team.
