What you'll be doing
- Proactively sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for a range of roles across the organization
- Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer and onboarding
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support the company's hiring needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and the ideal candidate profile
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and best practices
- Providing recruitment analytics and insights to inform the company's talent acquisition approach

What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition in mass hiring, ideally within the financial services or technology sector
- Willing to travel to different cities or areas based on recruitment needs
- Experience in

- will be a great advantage
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening and assessing candidates using various methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Adaptable to different locations and working environments.

- A passion for talent and a commitment to building high-performing teams
- Intermediate skill in English language
