The role
We are looking for a people-driven Talent & Culture Supervisor to lead HR operations at La Plancha. Reporting to both the General Manager and the Group Talent & Culture Manager, you will be the go-to person for everything people-related on property — from recruitment and onboarding through to employee engagement, compliance, and culture-building.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate reporting of attendance and leave
- Coordinate and facilitate training, development programs, and performance review cycles
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with LYD Group's values
- Ensure property-level compliance with Indonesian labor law and company HR policies
- Liaise with the Group T&C Manager to align property HR practices with group-wide initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR or people operations experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and HR compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills — approachable, empathetic, and trustworthy
- Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing HR documentation and systems
- Confident communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with both property and group leadership
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field preferred
