Warehouse Manager - Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute warehouse strategies aligned with overall supply chain and business expansion plans.
• Evaluate and optimize warehouse network design, capacity planning, and distribution models to support growth and cost efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or automation.
• Ensure warehouse operations support business agility, including new product launches and market expansion.
• Define 3PL strategy including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance governance.
• Establish KPI frameworks and ensure 3PL partners deliver consistent, scalable, and cost-effective services.
• Own and drive warehouse cost optimization initiatives (labor, storage, transport, and overhead).
• Establish dashboard and KPI frameworks to monitor warehouse performance (service level, cost, productivity, accuracy).
• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum
• 10+ years of experience
• in warehouse/logistics with exposure to
• strategic planning and transformation initiatives
• Strong experience in
• network design, 3PL strategy, and cost optimization
• Proven track record in leading large-scale operations and driving change initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen (costing, budgeting, ROI analysis).
• Advanced knowledge of WMS, ERP, and data analytics tools.
