Eat Pizza Indonesia is a rapidly growing food brand specializing in high-quality, halal-certified Korean-style pizzas. With more than 100 outlets across Korea, the brand is now expanding its presence in Indonesia. We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, and support the efficient and smooth execution of our administrative operations.
The Admin Intern will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, managing and organizing documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The role may also involve assisting with basic recruitment and onboarding activities, such as scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documents. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Applicants should be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Google Docs. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Good English communication skills are required, as the role will involve working with local and international colleagues. The ideal candidate should be proactive, willing to learn, adaptable, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced working environment.
