Requirements
- . Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- . Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- . Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- . Passionate about people development and organizational culture.
- . Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- . Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
