- Join Our Opening Team in Bali
- We're looking for a passionate and energetic
- Bartender
to join the opening team of our exciting new premium rum bar in Bali. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and have a genuine passion for craft cocktails and premium spirits, we'd love to meet you.
- What We're Looking For
- Training in mixology or a recognized bartending certification (e.g., WSET or other spirits/cocktail certifications).
Strong knowledge of classic bartending techniques (shaking, stirring, building, layering) and the ability to create signature and seasonal cocktails.
- Knowledge of premium spirits (e.g., gin, whisky, rum, mezcal) and confidence in recommending and upselling beverages.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality.
- A natural sense of showmanship and confidence in engaging with guests.
- Understanding of hygiene standards, inventory management, loss prevention, and FIFO procedures.
- Familiarity with Indonesian alcohol regulations is an advantage.

- Prepare and serve beverages consistently to the highest quality standards.
- Deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
- Recommend beverages and food pairings while confidently upselling premium offerings.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Contribute ideas, continuously develop your skills, and help create an exceptional bar experience from day one.
