Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented
- Cost Control
professional to monitor, analyze, and optimize company expenditures. You will be responsible for safeguarding budget integrity and ensuring maximum efficiency across all procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order Auditing & Price Variance Tracking
- : Audit all incoming POs and monitor shifts in market pricing.
- Requisition Validation & Inventory Par Level Monitoring
- : Verify department requests and track optimal stock levels.
- Vendor Performance & Goods Received Reconciliation
- : Evaluate supplier delivery metrics and match invoices with received stock.
- Change Order & Specification Cost Analysis
- : Analyze financial impacts of changes in specifications or orders.
- Procurement Commitment & Cash Flow Reporting
- : Forecast buying commitments and deliver regular financial impact reports.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 3 years of professional experience
- in Cost Control or related financial analysis.
- Strong background in the
- Hospitality (Hotel / Restaurant)
- or
- Property Developer & Construction
- industries.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, budgeting software, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical mind with a proactive approach to cost-saving opportunities.
